Many of us need outfits where the shoe can determine which degree and direction the look will turn.

Because I never know where I'll end up on a Saturday, I chose this outfit because it's sassy enough to be worn with sandals. It doesn't matter if I chose to go to the mall, movies, lunch outting, etc. because the sandals play the outfit down. Now, If I decided to go elsewhere... & let's say.. I needed to spruce the look up a bit... I'd throw on a pair of heels and a handbag, and call it a day...I'd walk out of the door looking classy.

Recently, there was a MAC Hey, Sailor event at Santa Monica Promenade..that was dedicated to the new makeup collect launch. My friend and I attended, and we had a blast. We did some shopping, as well as browsing. I wanted to share my OOTD with you all, in hopes that it inspires you to be creative. Summer is around the corner and this is the time to incorporate color.

Alexander Wang Rocco Duffel Bag Inspired

If you're anything like me, you loveeee nice handbags and shoes, to compliment your outfit of the day/night. Looking nice can be a bit costly, depending on what you choose to pair together. My theory has become shopping for less, and accenting with a statement piece.

I've always been into large handbags, so when my eyes landed on the Alexander Wang Rocco Duffel Bag, my heart began to melt...But, the cost of 875.00, made my heart ACHE.
THAT is NOT shopping for less. LOL!

I went on the hunt for cheaper bags that were similar, but nothing met my craving.

One day my friend Michelle, BeautyandtheBlog23(here on Blogger), posted a post about an Inspired Rocco Handbag by Alexander Wang... and this is when I finally found my REPLICA.

Now, some may feel that wearing knock offs are fashion mishaps... I feel that wearing replicas are shopping smart. Not everyone, can afford multiple authentic handbags..especially if you're anything like me and will wear the same hangbag for a while, and then toss it into the back of the closet.

I found my inspired A.W. Rocco handbag on Ebay for only 35.00. That's a steal!!!! The only thing that I did notice about the bag, was that it did not come with a shoulder strap; Other than that, the bags are almost exact in appearance. So yeahhhh... I purchased it! :)

Now I'm satisfied with a great statement piece...for less.

PROS:

- Very inexpensive

- Great Quality Faux Leather 

- Spacious

- Light Weight

- multiple colors to choose from

CONS:

- Does not come with shoulder strap

- Leather Material isn't strong enough; does not keep duffle bag form on its own.

Every female needs a pair of shoes in her life...ok ok, maybe 2... or 3 or 4... But all for various reasons, of course! From open toe to peep toe, to pointy toe to round toe...heels give a woman that seductive, elegant twist! Oh, and let's not forget about the days where our feet are killing us, and we just want to be comfortable!!---It's not against the law for women to own sneakers, it's actually a great turn on to men! • True Colour Lipstick

These lipsticks are classified as "matte", but contains vitamin E, so they still glide on smoothly!! I was extremely happy about the pigmentation of these lipsticks because I have been on a hunt for a nice coral lipstick that is true to it's color, as well as a deep red for the Fall. :)

These blushes are so beautiful. I could not wait to open my package to swatch the heck out of these bad

boys! lol.

The intensity of the blush pigmentation is to die for. When purchasing without being able to physically see an item,  it can be a bit scary; only because you're not sure if the product will show up on skin, like it did on the computer screen. You will always have the doubt that it's not as PIGMENTED as it may look, when you can't swatch the product! Well with Sleep Makeup.. what you SEE is definitely what you GET!

•  I-Divine Primer Palette

Anytime an eyeshadow is being used, a primer or base should be used to help with creasing, longevity, and enhancement of color.

Collecting different colored primers can be quite costly, if purchased individually, so when I saw this I-Divine Primer Palette, I knew it was a MUST-HAVE.

Amazed by the cost, I made sure to purchase it.

I was ecstatic about this Contour Kit, because it came as a set includng the dual ended contouring brush! :) Not to mention that the brush came with a traveling case!
